During the unforgettable COVID-19 pandemic year, Anthony “Ant” introduced Ant’s Ice Cream as a home-based business, serving handcrafted desserts at local night markets like Westminster’s Asian Garden Mall and 626 Night Market. Thanks to overwhelming support from our community, we opened our first brick-and-mortar shop in 2024 — Ant’s Ice Cream, Coffee & Boba in Garden Grove.
Now, alongside our beloved ice cream, we serve fruit teas, ice cream floats, and chewy bubble waffles — all made to impress and refresh.
From Market Tents to Garden Grove
Ant’s Ice Cream began as a home-based passion project during the pandemic. Anthony (“Ant”) tested flavors, served locals at night markets, and slowly built a loyal following. By 2024, with community support and a deep love for his craft, Ant opened his first storefront in Garden Grove, offering a full menu of drinks, desserts, and signature flavors.
Meet Ant
Anthony is an entrepreneur with a strong sense of family, a love of good food, and a lifelong passion for fishing. When he’s not overseeing daily operations, he enjoys deep sea fishing, dining with loved ones, and unwinding with good company. He often says this business gave him direction at a time when he needed it most — and he hasn’t looked back since.
